Product Purpose:

During the test, the specimen is stretched to evaluate the clearance, loosening,connection rod failure, deformation, and other performance indicators of the telescopic handle. Thistester is specifically designed for conducting reciprocating fatigue tests on luggage telescopichandles. It is equipped with an additional telescopic handle lock testing function, enablingindependent fatigue testing of the handle lock as well as comprehensive testing. For the motor-driven model: segmented testing and stepless telescopic handle testing can be implementedaccording to customer-specific requirements. Additionally, the displacement and duration of tensionand compression can be set based on customer needs.

Product Specifications

1. Control Method: PLC control with human-machine interface (HMI) operation.

7. Telescopic Handle Lock Switch Device: Can be installed according to different types or positions of telescopic handle locks.

8. Segmented testing is available.

9. Automatic counting function for extension-compression cycles.
