Scorch Tester
Main Functions
Scorch Tester ：This instrument is capable of testing the color fastness to ironing and dimensional stability under dry heat conditions of fabrics, and can also be used for sublimation fastness testing.
Set the temperatures of the upper and lower heating plates via the temperature controller. When the temperature of the heating plates reaches the preset value, place the sample on the lower heating plate and lower the upper heating plate. After a specified period of time, take out the sample and observe its condition. Evaluate the changes in the inherent properties of the sample caused by heating under constant pressure for a certain duration, then grade the sample accordingly. The test results can provide reference data for material selection.
