Pneumatic Vertical Mangle

Scope of Application

Pneumatic Vertical Mangle ：It is used for uniformly squeezing and removing excess moisture from fabrics in the laboratory. It fully simulates the on-site pad dyeing process, with a cylinder driven by compressed air. Equipped with a high-power standard cylinder, it features strong resistance to guide rail friction, no left-right deviation and high reproducibility.

Adopts variable frequency speed regulation with a wide speed adjustment range, stable and reliable performance.
The padding rolls are made of imported rubber, coated with NBR and finished by precision grinding, which are durable and not easy to stain.
Pneumatic components are products of Korean A-Tech, with reliable performance.
The whole machine shell is made of imported 304 mirror stainless steel plate.
