Technical Parameters

Test Column: Mass (500±25) g, movable and can also be firmly fixed.

It includes the following components:

a) Test Head Area: 15 mm × 15 mm

b) Test Head Adjustment Device: enables the felt pad to make horizontal contact with the test platform

c) Weight Block: (500±10) g; the total mass of the test column reaches 1000 g after loading

d) Adjustment Device: vertically adjusts the test column to ensure horizontal contact between the test head and the specimen

Device for Driving Reciprocating Movement of Test Platform

The test head performs back-and-forth reciprocating movement with a stroke of 35 mm ~ 40 mm and a movement speed of (40±2) cycles per minute.

Rubbing Material

White wool felt, size 15 mm × 15 mm. The die-cut pure felt blocks shall meet the following requirements: pH value of water extract: 5.5 ~ 7.0; mass per unit area: (1750±100) g/m²; thickness: (5.5±0.5) mm
