Finished Shoe Flexing Tester

Finished Shoe Flexing Tester

Instrument Introduction:

Mount the finished footwear on the Finished Shoe Flexing Tester. The tester will drive the flexing area of the shoe to repeatedly flex at a flex angle (matched to the shoe type) and a fixed speed. After reaching the preset time or specified number of flex cycles, inspect the damage to the shoe’s flexing area.
The flex resistance performance of the finished shoe is evaluated based on:
  1. The maximum number of flex cycles the shoe can withstand without damage;
  2. The severity of damage to the flexing area after completing the specified number of flex cycles.

Reference Standard:

Complies with standards such as SATRA-TM92.
