DIN Abrasion Tester

Function

The DIN Abrasion Tester  is designed to determine the abrasion resistance of rubber tires, rubber shoes, adhesive tapes and other rubber products, so as to evaluate the quality of such products. During the test, the rubber compound is rubbed against the abrasive cloth on the roller under a certain load, and the abrasion loss of the specimen within the specified travel distance is measured.

It complies with the requirements of GB 9867, ISO 4649 and DIN 53516.
