Application:

High-Temperature Sample Dyeing Machine is the most widely used testing machine in current dyeing. It is used to simulate washing processes, conducting dry cleaning and dyeing in actual production at high temperatures and room temperatures. It can quickly test samples with large production capacity. The test glass can be photographed individually, offering excellent operability. This instrument can also be used as a wash fastness tester and dry clean fastness tester. It complies with the standards of IS0 and AATCC regulations.

Features:

1. The entire unit is made of high-quality stainless steel SUS304 thin plate.
2. Equipped with a precision heating system, featuring PT100 thermocouples with programmable temperature control computers (including heating rate).
3. 12/24 dyeing cups, available in capacities of 150cc, 250cc, 300cc, 400cc, 450cc, and 500cc; cup material is 316L.
4. A set of cooling interlayers with heat covers. The shaft seal is sealed.
5. A washing tank with a rinsing system.
6. Medium: glycerin; maximum temperature: 135°C. Bath ratio: 1:5 to 1:20.
7. Equipped with an aluminum-shelled motor and gearbox for good heat dissipation. Three-phase motor power: 180W; gearbox type 40 with a reduction ratio of 1:30.
8. Cup cage rotates at 40 revolutions per minute. Dyeing steel cups are made of high-quality imported 316 steel, formed in one piece for durability. Sealing rings are made of polytetrafluoroethylene and silicone rubber, ensuring good sealing and no adhesion.
9. Heating power: 6KW for 12 cups, 9KW for 24 cups, AC380V.
10. Power specifications: AC380V, 50HZ; power consumption: 9.5KW.
